Shonn has a successful parallel career as an Entertainer performing on Broadway and touring nationally with the vocal group, Under the Streetlamp. He is a Drama Desk and Lucille Lortel nominated choreographer and teaches performance at the college level. His creative instincts have helped him be successful in understanding there are always multiple ways to achieve the same end goal. This skill is invaluable to his clients when obstacles arise. Shonn is a professional multitasker, having produced multiple projects simultaneously, and these skills translate seamlessly across professions allowing him the ability to manage all the moving parts of a real estate transaction with no stress to his clients.
