Jasmine Osborne wears many hats—Director of Operations, former educator, real estate professional, wife, mama, coach, and big believer in helping others thrive. She began her career in the classroom before earning her real estate license in 2018, where she found joy in guiding clients through the highs and hurdles of buying and selling homes. In 2023, she stepped into her current role at The Ramsey Team, where she combines her love for structure, teaching, and people by supporting agents and streamlining the client experience behind the scenes.

A Dave Ramsey Certified Master Coach, Jasmine also has a passion for helping others steward their finances well. She unofficially mentors small business owners in the Profit First method and never turns down a good money conversation. At home, she’s raising two sweet kids alongside her husband—who also happens to be a licensed hot air balloon pilot—and loves their family’s sky-high adventures.

Whether she’s dancing the night away with girlfriends or serving in the nursery at Community Life Church, Jasmine shows up with heart, humility, and purpose in everything she does.

From Prep to Purchase

My husband and I had been wanting to buy a home for a long time. We had met with 3 different realtors over the course of 5 years (not with the Ramsey team). While each of them were great, none of them were as comprehensive and dedicated as Jasmine Shortt. Short version: she’s kind, dedicated, and open to even doing home tours via FaceTime.
